We hear a lot about the gifts and benefits of each of our menstrual cycle phases, but what we don't commonly explore are the shadow sides of them.

And whether it's our menstrual cycles or even our womb phases we travel through during our lives, it's helpful to know what to look out for that might be a sign of imbalance.

Not so much physically, but from a psycho-emotional perspective.

Today's guest Bri Martinez shares her view on cyclical archetypes both in relationship with our menstrual cycles and also as guidance for us to consider our habits and behavioral patterns beyond our cycles, too.

There is power in self-awareness.

And this episode offers an invitation to explore your own personal version of cyclical archetypes (which may or may not be the same as others) from a reflective and curious lens.

And Bri also offers some nature connection practices you can engage in both to respond to these archetypal qualities as well as deep your relationship with them.

It's a neat blend of cycle awareness meets earth wisdom so I'm excited for you to hear it!

Listen to learn:

  • what archetypes are in general
