Hashimoto's is more common than you may think.

In fact, up to 5% of all people in the US may be faced with this autoimmune disorder, which often shows up between the ages of 30 and 50 and is significantly more common in women and folks with wombs.

But the reality is that Hashimoto's itself doesn't have to mean you end up with hypothyroidism, especially if you catch it earlier and implement a variety of nutritional and lifestyle approaches that can even reverse the condition altogether.

That said, every person is unique, and your tiggers may be completely different from someone else with Hashimoto's.

Understanding your unique triggers can give you incredible power in being able to keep yourself in a state of remission,

particularly once you start to experience more noticeable symptoms.

Today's guest, nutritionist Kamila Veljkovic, shares all about different root causes that may be at the core of Hashimoto's, and nutritional or lifestyle suggestions to support you in reducing symptoms and possibly even heading towards remission.

She's got both personal embodied and clinical expertise in this area, and this conversation is full of gems you'll walk away with.
