Okay, so most of us DO honor pregnancy and birth in a way that could be considered to be a rite of passage.

We have blessingways, baby showers, even postpartum care.

But what about all the other pivotal moments of our womb story that we pass through?

The truth is, honoring these transitional times is part of many ancestral traditions.

It’s not some kooky, woo-woo, new age thing.

The more we get present with the immense changes…

everything from menarche, to fertility/birth, to losses like miscarriage/abortion/infertility, to hysterectomies (yes, that’s a HUGE unspoken right of passage, too), to menopause…

the more we’re able to embody our womb stories and really allow our emotions to flow, the traumas held in our wombspaces can soften, and the power inherent in your wombspace can come alive.

We can shift our perspective from dread or disdain to celebration and honoring hard (and transformational) times.

Today’s episode is an invitation to explore what honoring these times can look and feel like.

I don’t have all the answers, but I hope to offer some inspiration to spark your creativity around what would feel really good *for you* in honoring any of these passages in your body and being.
